nationales dans diff\u00e9rents processus de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration afin d\u2019influer sur les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement. Ce chapitre traite des mod\u00e8les de partenariat ax\u00e9s sur la gouvernance d\u00e9lib\u00e9rative nou\u00e9s entre les volontaires et les \u00c9tats dans cinq pays du Sud\u00a0: l\u2019\u00c9quateur, le Kirghizistan, le N\u00e9pal, la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo\u00a0(RDC) et la Tunisie.<\/p>\n<p>Les processus de gouvernance d\u00e9lib\u00e9rative, qui rel\u00e8vent globalement des forums et des espaces au sein desquels les volontaires peuvent participer aux dialogues ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques, sont souvent mis \u00e0 profit par les instances publiques pour permettre aux citoyens de contribuer plus directement \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des enjeux d\u2019orientation les plus pressants. Sans \u00eatre corr\u00e9l\u00e9s \u00e0 des choix ou \u00e0 des programmes pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, ils donnent la parole \u00e0 un \u00e9ventail \u00e9largi de citoyens et promeuvent leur capacit\u00e9 Non seulement les m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance d\u00e9lib\u00e9rative permettent aux volontaires de faire entendre leur voix et de participer l\u00e9gitimement \u00e0 la gouvernance publique, mais ils leur donnent \u00e9galement les moyens d\u2019influencer les r\u00e9sultats. <\/p>\n<p>Dans les \u00e9tudes de cas, l\u2019engagement des volontaires aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s nationales a promu la solidarit\u00e9 et le renforcement des relations et a entra\u00een\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats plus align\u00e9s sur les besoins locaux. En outre, les processus de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des vecteurs de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, de confiance et d\u2019appropriation. Si l\u2019inclusion permet de faire davantage entendre des voix d\u2019ordinaire ignor\u00e9es, les volontaires participant \u00e0 ces processus doivent cependant surmonter des obstacles persistants
